This is a last minute full house estate sale with a large collection of antique furniture, teak, books, mirrors, persian rugs, original art, china, lighting, treadmill, bookcases, etc, etc. Everything is priced to sell and is negotiable. No reasonable offers will be refused as this stuff has to go! 

 RULES OF THE SALE:

1. Items are sold on a first come first served basis.
2. The sale will begin at 10:00 am.
3. All items are priced. Staff will be around the house to help with any questions.
4. Methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Cash.
5. Pickup for large items will be available a few days after the sale and into the weekend.
