Please arrive within the designated hours — pickup times cannot be extended.
Bring your own packing materials, boxes, tools, and lifting assistance. Nothing will be provided on-site.
Bring your purchase confirmation email or SMS — this is your receipt and must be shown to collect your items.
Items will not be released outside of authorized pickup dates.

💳 FEES & POLICIES

Sales Tax: 13% HST will be applied to all purchases.
Buyer’s Premium: 5% is added to every transaction.
Discount Policy: Sale prices are periodically reduced as events progress, with the largest discount on the final day. Items previously purchased at full or earlier discounted prices will not be adjusted retroactively.

🛒 HOW THE ONLINE SALE WORKS

Just like our in-person events, the first person to checkout and pay becomes the new owner of the item. If your purchase is successful, you’ll automatically receive an email or SMS confirmation.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Please make all pickup or delivery arrangements prior to the scheduled pickup dates.
Items not collected during designated times will be forfeited without refund, unless alternate arrangements are made before purchasing.
Do not visit the home without confirmation — no items will be released otherwise.

At Sell My Stuff Canada, transparency is our priority. We strive to represent every item honestly through detailed photos and descriptions, including any flaws or imperfections. Please keep in mind that most items are gently used, and pricing reflects that.

We may not be able to answer item-specific questions once photos are taken, as we typically no longer have access to the home.

All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in rare cases where an item is materially misrepresented in photos or description. Refund requests must be made at pickup; post-pickup claims will not be considered.
