Bring your own packing materials, boxes, tools, and lifting assistance. Nothing will be provided on-site.
Bring your purchase confirmation email or SMS — this is your receipt and must be shown to collect your items.
Items will not be released outside of the authorized pickup window unless alternate arrangements have been approved in advance.

💳 FEES & POLICIES

Sales Tax: 13% HST will be applied to all purchases.
Buyer’s Premium: 5% is added to every transaction.
Discount Policy: Sale prices may be reduced as the event progresses. Items purchased at full price or at an earlier discounted price will not be adjusted retroactively.

🛒 HOW THE ONLINE SALE WORKS

Just like our in-person events, the first person to checkout and pay becomes the new owner of the item. If your purchase is successful, you will automatically receive an email or SMS confirmation.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Please make all pickup or delivery arrangements prior to the scheduled pickup date.
Items not collected during the designated pickup window may be forfeited without refund, unless alternate arrangements are made before purchasing.
Do not visit the residence without confirmation. No items will be released outside of the scheduled pickup process.

At Sell My Stuff Canada, transparency is our priority. We strive to represent every item honestly through detailed photos and descriptions, including any noted flaws or imperfections. Please keep in mind that many items are pre-owned, and pricing reflects their condition.

We may not be able to answer item-specific questions once photography has been completed, as we may no longer have access to the residence.

All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in rare cases where an item has been materially misrepresented in the photos or description. Any refund request must be raised at the time of pickup; post-pickup claims will not be considered.
